What are pre-facial examinations for?
Examinations are skin assessments to help determine your skin type: dry, oily, sensitive, mature, dehydrated. Products used during your appointment are carefully selected based on your skin needs.
How will you know my personal history?
First time clients are required to fill out a questionnaire to disclose medications and skin products that you are currently using. Information regarding recent facial procedures (e.g. injections, peels, laser) is also collected along with your facial concerns and goals.
How often should I get a facial?
The general recommendation is once a month. This is the average time your skin needs to go through its life cycle of cellular regeneration and exfoliation. Facials facilitates the natural skin renewal process.
Can I choose specific types of treatments?
Pampering Faces incorporates a wide variety of techniques to address a wide spectrum of facial challenges. A treatment you favor may not be right for you.
Is free parking available, and for how long?
Yes, free parking is available at the back of the building off of Fern Street. There is no time limit. If the lot is full, you may park for free on the adjoining street.
What happens if I need to cancel my session?
Pampering Faces does not charge cancellation fees. As a courtesy, please contact us as soon as you know so we can offer the session to someone else.
